1 Scope of Services
NewTech Institute provides the Client with a fully deployed and operational NewTech Lab environment, including:
- Dedicated server setup and configuration
- Domain configuration and SSL certificate
- Automated deployment and platform updates
- SSH host management dashboard
- Script automation and orchestration engine
- AI-assisted script generation
- Infrastructure project scheduling
The platform is provided as a fully managed service. NewTech Institute handles all infrastructure, maintenance, and updates so you can focus on your automation workflows.
2 Pricing & Billing
All prices are in USD and billed monthly.

3 Intellectual Property
The NewTech Lab platform, its source code, architecture, and all related components remain the exclusive intellectual property of NewTech Institute.
Full Exit Package — $5,000 (one-time fee)
Upon payment, NewTech Institute commits to delivering the following within 30 days:
Source code
Full Django base application (hosts, scripts, projects, SSH automation, Celery tasks). For internal use only — resale and redistribution strictly prohibited.
Data export
Complete export of all your data in standard formats (JSON, CSV, SQL). All data belongs exclusively to you.
Server transfer
Assistance migrating the application to a server of your choice (OVH, AWS, Hetzner, or any provider).
Installation guide
Full written documentation to install, configure, and maintain the platform independently.
Transition support
Up to 5 hours of technical support to ensure a smooth handover and successful migration.
AI Engine — Never included.
The AI module, AI providers integration, MCP deployment servers, and all machine learning components are strictly confidential and are never included in any source code delivery under any circumstances.
4 Support Services
Year 1 — Priority support included at no extra cost.

5 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all technical and business information confidential. NewTech Institute will never share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit written consent.
All data stored on the platform is exclusively owned by the Client and will be made available for export at any time upon request.
6 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
- Upon termination, the Client may request a full export of their data
- The platform will be decommissioned after 30 days
- All data permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period
Your data is yours. We guarantee a clean and complete data export before decommissioning.
